<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure a working time in real time without imposing a burden on a worker even in an assembly process of handling a low-cost and small component by a simple configuration, in a working time measurement system. <P>SOLUTION: This working time measurement system 1 has: picking sensors 2 each identifying a component shelf 10 to detect that the component is picked out, and each outputting detection information 20; IC tags 3 each having information for identifying each worker M, attached to each worker M; IC tag detection means 4 each disposed in a work space wherein the component is picked out from the component shelf 10, each reading worker information 30 from the IC tag 3, and outputting the information; and a work history storage means 5 storing the detection information 20, the worker information 30, and time information when the detection information 20 is outputted. Each of the picking sensors 2 is spatially associated to one of the IC tag detection means 4, and the detection information 20 and the worker information 30 are associated by the association and are stored in the work history storage means 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
