SYSTEM FOR PROPOSING ENERGY-SAVING MEASURES FOR UPDATE OF EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a written proposal for energy-saving measures by using the latest data in a market.

SOLUTION: The system 10 for proposing energy-saving measures for update of equipment includes: a building data accumulation part 12 which accumulates data related to a building; a latest market data storage part 14 which stores the latest market data; an existing equipment diagnostic part 16 which diagnoses a state of existing equipment based on the data in the building data accumulation part 12; and an equipment update planning part 18 which creates an update plan from the existing equipment to the latest equipment based on the data in the latest market data storage part 14 and the results of diagnosis by the existing equipment diagnostic part 16. According to this structure, a written proposal for energy-saving measures can be formed in a short time only by inputting the data related to the building to the system 10.
