<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas generator composition which has good handling property of a mixture during kneading, a small mass reduction even when the composition is left to stand for a long time at high temperature, and excellent heat resistance, and is used for an inflator of an automobile air bag device. <P>SOLUTION: The gas generator composition contains a fuel, an oxidizing agent and a binder, wherein the binder contains a vinyl ester-based copolymer. The vinyl ester-based copolymer is preferably an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or an ethylene-vinyl propionate copolymer, and the composition further may contain a (meth)acrylic resin as a binder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
