PURPOSE: A high efficiency filtering device is provided to drastically reduce power cost while easily transferring fluid to a foreign material discharge pipe, and to easily remove foreign materials floating on the fluid surface. CONSTITUTION: A high efficiency filtering device includes a filtering agent(50), a strainer(70), a foreign material discharge pipe(91), and a foreign material discharge part(90). The foreign material discharge pipe discharges fluid including foreign materials to the outside, and is built in a filtering tank. The foreign material discharge part includes a horizontal bar(93) transferring the fluid to the inside the foreign material discharge pipe.
