PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus etc., that displays a photographed image right after photography, and performs quick display of a confirmation image when an apparatus style is changed at that time. SOLUTION: When photographing and storing a still image and making a confirmation display of the photographed image before storing it, the imaging apparatus performs enlargement/reduction processing to a size to be possibly used for the confirmation display after transferring photographed image data from the camera to an internal memory and before performing image correction processing and encoding processing.
