PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection nozzle capable of sufficiently injecting an adhesive into a deep portion of an insertion and filling hole to a shallow portion thereof, and a pinning method using the injection nozzle. SOLUTION: The injection nozzle 13 attached to an injector body 12 is used for a pinning method in which the adhesive R is injected into the insertion and filling hole 8 passing through a finishing material 3 and drilled up to a predetermined depth in a concrete building frame 2 while sealing an opening 10 of the insertion and filling hole 8. The injection nozzle includes: a body joint 21 which has a base end side detachably attached to the injector body 12; a nozzle 22 which has a base end fixed to the tip side of the body joint 21 the tip of which has a discharge opening 42, and which is inserted into the insertion and filling hole; a movable seal member 23 which is slidably attached to the nozzle 22, abuts on the opening 10 of the insertion and filling hole 8 in the injection of the adhesive, and seals the opening; and a locking/unlocking mechanism 24 which holds the movable seal member 23 and is fixed to an arbitrary position of the nozzle 22.
