PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tacky adhesive composition which exhibits excellent adhesiveness even when an adherend is a polyolefin resin such as a polypropylene resin and which is excellent in retentivity, weatherability and hot-melt coating properties at high temperature. SOLUTION: The tacky adhesive composition contains at least one acrylic block copolymer selected from the group consisting of the block copolymer shown by (A-B)<SB>a</SB>-A, the block copolymer shown by (B-A)<SB>b</SB>-B and the block copolymer shown by (A-B)<SB>c</SB>, a tackifier and a plasticizer.
