摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relative permittivity-conductivity measuring device capable of measuring accurately a relative permittivity and a conductivity of a measuring object. SOLUTION: This relative permittivity-conductivity measuring device 40 includes a first elastic surface wave element 10 having a short-circuit propagation route 16 short-circuited electrically between an input electrode 12 and an output electrode 14, a second elastic surface wave element 20 having a grid-like propagation route 26 wherein a grid-like uneven structure 29 having each electrically-separated projection part is formed between the input electrode 22 and the output electrode 24, and a third elastic surface wave element 30 having an open propagation route 36 opened electrically between the input electrode 32 and the output electrode 34. The first elastic surface wave element 10, the second elastic surface wave element 20 and the third elastic surface wave element 30 are arranged in parallel mutually.
