PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watertight structure of a fitting connection part that can secure fitting connection work efficiency and watertightness for a metal siding material while imparting releasability to attain easy repair in construction. SOLUTION: The watertight structure 20 of the fitting connection part of the metal siding material 10 having a projecting connection part 12 at one end and a recessed connection part 13 at the other end so as to be fittable and connectable to each other is constituted by forming the recessed connection part 13 with a packing 21 formed of an elastomer that can be hot-melt coated and has flexibility with 50% compressive stress at 0°C being 1.5 kg/cm<SP>2</SP>or smaller, and carrying out stripping treatment 23 to the projecting connection part 12. With the packing 21 provided in the watertight structure 20, chipping and an increase of man-hours are prevented, and flexibility is imparted to secure fitting connection work efficiency and watertightness.
