<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which subjects organic waste to purification treatment to convert nutrients excluding a mineral group contained in the organic waste into low molecular products, and a method which efficiently extracts active ingredients low-molecularized by the purification treatment. <P>SOLUTION: The purification treatment method includes a first process 10 for penetrating a first aqueous solution into the head and the like of a shrimp, a first crushing process 11 for crushing the head and the like of the shrimp into which the first aqueous solution has been penetrated, a second process 12 for drying the crushed head and the like of the shrimp, a cooling process 13 for cooling the crushed products of the dried head and the like of the shrimp, a third process 14 for crushing the organic waste subjected to the purification treatment, a fourth process 15 for extracting amino acids, protein, fat, dietary fiber, carbohydrate, and the mineral group with alcohols from the crushed organic waste, a fifth process 16 for removing the alcohol, a sixth process 17 for separating the residues from the liquid and taking out an extraction liquid, a seventh process 18 for condensing the extraction liquid, and an eighth process 19 for filtering the extraction liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
