<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board such that connection reliability of a through-hole is high. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The wiring board includes a principal board 20 and a wiring member 40 provided to the principal board 20, the through-hole 30 is bored in the principal board 20, and a conductive material 90 is arranged in the through-hole 30. The wiring member 40 is provided with an electric connection portion 12 which is electrically connected to the conductive material 90, and at least one opening of the through-hole 30 where the wiring member 40 is provided is formed in nearly the same shape with the electric connection portion 12.
