<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the inclusion of air into working oil passing the suction valve provided on a control valve for preventing the oil chamber of the hydraulic actuator of a utility vehicle from being evacuated. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The hydraulic circuit of the utility vehicle selectively feeds and discharges the working oil of an oil pressure source to/from a plurality of hydraulic actuators, and a check valve for inhibiting the oil from flowing reversely from the oil tank to a control valve is installed in a return passage connecting the control valve with the oil tank. The control valve is provided with a suction valve installed in the oil chamber in negative pressure in a state of being capable of sucking the working oil in a passage connected with the oil tank.
