<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel of a vertical louver which can take in indirect light while securing the rigidity of the panel. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Punching metals 18a and 18c are mounted to both front and back sides of frame bodies 6a, 6b, 7a and 7b which are formed of sections, respectively; and a solar shading material 24a which enables the partial transmission of outside light, and is provided between the punching metals.
