PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer foil capable of reducing resistance applied when separated, and capable of reducing generation of defective transfer and burr, and capable of attaining stable workability, in the transfer foil including a material breakage resistance anisotropy resulting from molecular orientation, such as a liquid crystal, and a transferred object thereof. SOLUTION: The resistance applied when separated is reduced, the generation of the defective transfer and the burr is reduced, and the transfer foil and the transferred object thereof of stable workability are attained, by forming a contour part (breaking portion) of a liquid crystal layer generating anisotropy in breakage resistance into polydomain structure or an isotropic phase.
