PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vibration in a driven side unit in a case wherein displacement of axes exists between a driving shaft and a driven shaft. SOLUTION: In a drive transmitting device for transmitting rotary drive by engaging an output side transmitting part and an input side transmitting part with each other, the output side transmitting part and the input side transmitting part are arranged to come close or separate to/from each other in the axial direction, and at least one of the output side transmitting part and the input side transmitting part is installed in an installation side shaft with freedom in the radial direction, and one of the engagement part of the output side transmitting part and the engagement part of the input side transmitting part is formed into a projecting curved surface, and the other thereof is formed into a projecting curved surface so that the engagement parts are always brought into point-contact with each other to transmit rotary drive.
