PURPOSE: A film which is attached to a transparent panel of electronics and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to increase operation speeds due to a successive operation process and to remarkably reduce product failure rate. CONSTITUTION: A film which is attached to a transparent panel of electronics comprises: a base layer(100) consisting of a transparent synthetic resin; a printing layer(200) which is printed on one side of the base layer; a glue layer(300) which is spread on the printing layer and contains a metal flake; and a background layer(400) which consists of an opaque synthetic resin and help the printing layer to express colors.
