PURPOSE: A retort pouch manufacturing device is provided to draw out a retort pouch without remains by pressing the corners of the retort pouch in a curved shape, and to improve the exterior of the retort pouch. CONSTITUTION: A retort pouch manufacturing device comprises a pair of second thermocompression rollers(3), roller frames(8,8'), a pressing unit(6), curve forming units(7), a cutting roller(4'), a cutting board roller(4), a cutting blade(5), and a cutting board(5'). The pressing unit heats and pressurizes two films supplied between the roller frames. The curve forming units are installed in the both edges of the pressing unit. The cutting blade and the cutting board are horizontally installed in the center of a contact part(9).
