PURPOSE: A sealing and cutting device for a reservoir is provided to reduce a production line by simultaneously performing a cutting process and a sealing process. CONSTITUTION: A sealing and cutting device for a reservoir comprises a reservoir(10), a sealing part(120) and a cutting part(180). The reservoir is settled on a transferring member(100). The reservoir stores content. The sealing part is formed to cover the reservoir with a cover(20). The sealing part transfers a heating member(124) and heats the cover in the reservoir. The cutting part descends along with the sealing part. The cutting part cuts the sealing surface surrounding of the reservoir using a cutter(186).
