PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling guidance device capable of informing of an optimum charging facility as a target for leaving a battery of a vehicle mounted with a plurality of batteries and for performing efficient charging, and to provide a method of guiding traveling and a computer program.

SOLUTION: The traveling guidance system is composed so that it detects charging facilities on a path from the current position of a vehicle to a destination as candidates of the charging facilities that can be commissioned to charge a battery when the destination is set, selects an optimum candidate of a charging facility for leaving a first battery 7A or a second battery 7B from one or a plurality of detected candidates of charging facilities as charging facilities to be informed, and inform of the selected charging facility to be informed.
