PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve instrument operability by a user by displaying an operation object of an application program predicted to be used on a display section in advance. SOLUTION: A control section registers information indicating an activated application program in association with an activation time and an activation position in an activated application table when the application program is activated. The control section activates the application program associated with a present time and a present position when the present time and the present position correspond to the present time and position registered in the activated application table, and displays the operation object such as an operation button on the display section. Thus, the operation object of the application program predicted to be used at that time in that position (place) can be displayed in advance, making it possible to improve instrument operability by the user.
