<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a degree of kneading to a drive amount of a driving means at a fixed rate of change. <P>SOLUTION: A device 1 of adjusting the degree of kneading is provided in kneading treatment equipment equipped with a kneading screw 4 for kneading while sending a material to a downstream side, and a gate member 13 is moved to adjust the degree of kneading of the material so that an area of a channel formed between with a circular cross-section 12 may be changed to the circular cross-section 12 provided in the kneading screw 4. In the device 1 of adjusting the degree of kneading, a drive amount conversion means 16 is provided between the gate member 13 and a drive means 15, and the drive amount conversion means 16 is formed so that a drive amount x may be converted into a movement amountΔδaccording to a profile in which a rate of change of the movement amountΔδto the drive amount x is made small when an openingδof the gate member 13 is small and the rate of change of the movement amountΔδto the drive amount x is made large when the openingδof the gate member 13 is large. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
