<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable radio apparatus which has space reduced in the direction of thickness of a circuit board, and ensures the electrical conduction of a contact on the circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: A portable radio apparatus includes a first case and a second case. The first case includes: a hinge part which constitutes a portion of an antenna element; a double-sided circuit board; a first conductor which has a plurality of first contacts which is in point contact with one surface of the double-sided circuit board and is connected with the hinge part; a second conductor which is in point contact with the other surface of the double-sided circuit board, has at least one second contact overlapping with the center of a figure connecting each contact of a plurality of first contacts in the direction of thickness of the double-sided circuit board, and is connected to a ground; and an elastic part biasing the first conductor toward the second conductor so as to make the first contacts and the second contact in point contact with the double-sided circuit board.
