<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at (1) enhancing operability and visibility by integrating an operation part on one controller near a user and (2) enabling the user discern its position when the operation part on the controller is touched by a hand or a finger and (3) making an operation object (a heated object) changed by a simple operation without checking fine letters-icons-Braille points-button positions on the controller. <P>SOLUTION: A controlling means 11 can be changed into a body cooking mode or a cooking mode by a remote controller 20 based on an operation state of a cooking mode changing button 30. At a remote controller cooking mode, when the user pushes a selection part 16 according to the heated object 2 or a cooking object out of a plurality of selection parts 16 arranged on a top plate near the user according to the heating part, the controlling part detects the pushed signal to specify the corresponding heating part.
