PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified composition which is versatile, safe, mild for a human body, dispersible, free from unnecessary foaming in uniformizing and more excellent in emulsion stabilizing effect. SOLUTION: The emulsified composition includes at least a sucrose fatty acid ester having specific values of the triester content and the molar-average esterification degree.
