PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the constitution of a display device, and to allow a pointer to travel stably. SOLUTION: In this display device, a moving body 9 on which the pointer 21 is mounted is allowed to travel along a guide rail 1 formed along scales formed on a dial plate, to thereby indicate a prescribed scale. The moving body 9 includes a first support member 11 for pivoting a plurality of pulleys 17 arranged along the guide rail 1, and a second support member 13 for pivoting at least one pulley 17, and the guide rail 1 is clamped by the plurality of pulleys 17 pivoted by the support member 11 and the pulley 17 pivoted by the support member 13. The support member 11 and the support member 13 have a spring member 15 installed mutually slidably in the inter-shaft direction between the plurality of pulleys 17 pivoted by the support member 11 and the pulley 17 pivoted by the support member 13, for energizing in a direction in which the interval in the inter-shaft direction between the support member 11 and the support member 13 is reduced.
