<p>PURPOSE: An ink for ink-jet printing is provided to peel the ink with an alkali water solution, and to form a resist film with an improved etching resistance and alkali peeling ability. CONSTITUTION: An ink for ink-jet printing contains an acid-modified epoxy(meth)acrylate including more than one carboxyl group and more than two polymerizable double bonds. The ink for ink-jet printing also contains a photopolymerization initiator, and a compound including more than one radical polymerizable double bond. The viscosity of the ink at 25 deg C is under 200cP. The acid-modified epoxy(meth)acrylate includes a novolak type, a bisphenol A type, or a bisphenol F type epoxy structure.</p> |
