PURPOSE: A surface treatment device for a railway of an automated guide rail transit type light weight railway and a surface treatment method for the same are provided to reduce construction costs by simplifying a process for forming surface friction coefficient. CONSTITUTION: A surface treatment device for a railway of an automated guide rail transit type light weight railway comprises a main body(2) and a winding roll(4). A roller(1) is installed on the side of the main body to operate along a guide rail. A surface molding form is reeled with the winding roll.
