PURPOSE: A method for welding high-manganese steel using a welding wire for austenite stainless steel is provided to prevent a welding part from being broken by effectively increasing the dilution of a welding wire and a basic material. CONSTITUTION: A method for welding high-manganese steel using a welding wire for austenite stainless steel is as follows. A welding wire for austenite stainless steel is prepared. Pulse current is applied to the welding wire for austenite stainless steel. The welding wire is welded by generating arc between base materials. The pulse current has a higher peak value than critical current.
