PURPOSE: A seawater desalination system is provided to remarkably reduce management and repair costs of the system by forming a coating layer, and to effectively restrict a biofouling phenomenon without an environment problem due to marine pollution. CONSTITUTION: A seawater desalination system includes an inner surface in which an antifulgal coating layer(B) is formed. The antifulgal coating layer includes pyrithione metal salt. The pyrithione metal salt content of the antifulgal coating layer is 1 ~ 20 weight%. The pyrithione metal salt is copper pyrithione or zinc pyrithione. The antifulgal coating layer is formed on one side of a seawater tank, a fresh water tank, or a condensed water tank.
