Recesses (30) run coaxially to the holes of the reinforcing element and come from a bottom side (16). The cavities serves the purpose of accommodating fastening devices (26, 28) e.g. bolt, that is fastened to the reinforcing element. The reinforcing elements are made of a high-strength material e.g. metal.
