<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism that, when presenting a search result to a user while reducing the load on a file server, sets a file to be accessible to the user only when the user is authorized to access the file of all hierarchical levels. <P>SOLUTION: In the case of adapting a search method that includes, under the condition of using a file system having a folder hierarchical structure where the right of access to each folder and file is set, creating an index file for files to be searched for in advance, and searching for a file specified as a search target with reference to the index file, an appropriate right of access to each file is set in creation of the index file, whereby it becomes possible to display as search results only the files that the relevant user is authorized to read. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
