PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid filled vibration absorbing device capable of easily optimizing the property of a main spring and the vibration absorbing and damping properties of fluid when flowing, without giving negative effects including a cost increase. SOLUTION: In an engine mount A as one example, a hollow cone-shaped main spring 20 of a rubber elastic body 2 connects between an inner fitting 1 for supporting the static load of a power plant and an outer fitting 3 on the vehicle body side. On the inner periphery side of the main spring 20, a thinner cylindrical wall 21 is independently provided. An orifice disc 5 is inserted upward through the cylindrical wall 21, and closed on its lower side with a cover member 4 to define a liquid chamber F. The cover member 4 has a rubber diaphragm 41 on the inner periphery side. The cylindrical wall 21 is supported at its lower end by the bottom wall 32 of the outer fitting 3.
