PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisturization method moisturizing by exposing the human body to ion mist, without forcing a user the labor of water replenishing or removing attached matter. SOLUTION: In the moisturization method, dew condensation water is formed by cooling air by heat exchange, and while the dew condensation water is held on a discharge electrode 11, high voltage is applied to concentrate the charge on the tip of the discharge electrode 11 to generate ion mist, the ion mist is made to float in air by air blow, and exposed to the human body.
