PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus for capturing images by a dynamic contrast-enhanced scanning method efficient in diagnosis. SOLUTION: An index value representing the difference between pre-reconstruction raw data corresponding to the image of a subject at a target time point and raw data corresponding to a reference image of the subject is computed with a plurality of time points when respective scans are implemented in the dynamic contrast-enhanced scanning as targets to be processed (ST 303). Whether the index value is at least a threshold or higher is determined (ST304). If the result of determination is affirmative, the image is reconstructed (ST305). The reference image is, for example, the image of the subject which is not enhanced with a contrast agent. Accordingly, unnecessary images to be reconstructed can be reduced, and the time for examination and for diagnosis can be reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
