PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low glossy and weather-resistant thermoplastic resin and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The low glossy and weather-resistant thermoplastic resin comprises a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester-based polymer (A) and an aromatic vinyl-cyanidated vinyl-based copolymer (B), wherein the (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester-based polymer (A) forms a network-shaped dispersed phase, while the aromatic vinyl-cyanidated vinyl-based copolymer (B) forms a continuous phase.
