PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform appropriate image shake stabilization processing by also excellently estimating a complicated posture change of an imaging apparatus. SOLUTION: An image shake stabilizing apparatus 109 includes: a motion vector calculating means 1091 for calculating a motion vector between two images constituting a moving image; an estimation means 1092 for estimating an image variation amount between two images using the motion vector; a determination means 1093 for determining whether or not the estimated image variation amount is caused by a specific posture change of an imaging apparatus; a shake stabilization parameter calculating means 1094 for calculating a shake stabilization parameter for reducing shake in the moving image on the basis of a determination result of the determination means and the estimated image variation amount; and a processing means 1095 for performing image shake stabilization processing using the shake stabilization parameter.
