<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently notify a message generated during a communication impossible period. <P>SOLUTION: When message transmission by a transmission means 1c becomes impossible, a message acquisition means 1d stores respective acquired messages in a message storage means 1a together with the respective generation time. A control information storage means 1b stores control information to which a first message indicating the start of a prescribed state of a computer 1 and a second message indicating the end of the state are made to correspond.
