PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge device and electronic apparatus using the hinge device, superior in mass productivity by forming a stopper receiving part by the integral formation, and achieving a stopper mechanism capable of accurately checking the turning with sufficient strength even if a diameter is reduced. SOLUTION: In the hinge device having an engaging biasing mechanism 13 for biasing recess-protrusion engagement, a stopper part 8 is integrally formed in a turning shaft 5, and when the turning shaft 5 relatively rotates to a bearing hole 6, the stopper receiving part 9 for regulating the turning by butting against the stopper part 8, is integrally projectingly formed in a baseplate 7 provided with the bearing hole 6, and a protrusion 10 or a recess 11 is integrally formed on a surface on the opposite side of a surface for integrally projectingly forming the stopper receiving part 9 of this baseplate 7, and a cam part 12 rotating together with the turning shaft 5 is slidingly arranged along the turning shaft 5, and a recess 11 or a protrusion 10 engaging in recess-protrusion with the protrusion 10 or the recess 11 is arranged in the cam part 12.
