<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal between the seat surface of a sleeve and the front seat surface of a poppet by means of an edge and a sealing member by differentiating the taper angle of the former from the taper angle of the latter. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The taper angle forming the seat surface 20 of the sleeve 14 is differentiated from the taper angle forming the front seat surface 21 of the poppet 18. Namely, the angle of the front seat surface 21 of the poppet 18 is greater than the taper angle of the seat surface 20 of the sleeve 14 to the axial center so that a clearance between the seat surface 20 and the front seat surface 21 is formed at the lower end, the clearance therebetween is sealed by O-ring members 37, and both are sealed together in mutual edge-contact at the upper end.
