<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily transmit data by a server for URL (Uniform Resource Locator), and to allow even a user who cannot perform complicated operation to use the server for URL. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mail transmission device includes a mail acquiring section 41 for acquiring a mail to which attachment data is attached, an in-house domain management table 43D for holding specifying relation data for specifying relationship between the destination of the acquired mail and a server used from the destination, a URL processing section 42 that holds the attachment data in the server made to correspond to the destination based on the specified relationship, and acquires the URL accessing the held attachment data from the server, a mail processing section 44 that removes the attachment data from the mail based on the acquired mail and the acquired URL and creates processed mail to which the URL is attached, and a mail transmission section 45 for transmitting the created processed mail to the destination.
