<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of changing a shape of an operation part of a push button at low cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The game machine has a push button unit 31, which includes push buttons 27a-27c, a button case 33 for holding these push buttons 27a-27c movable in the axial direction, and an biasing means 34 for biasing the push buttons 27a-27c forward in the axial direction relative to the button case 33, and is mounted on a game machine body 1 so as to expose the front axial direction front face side of the push buttons 27a-27c to the front side of the game machine body 1. A front cover 38 for nearly covering the axial direction front side of the push buttons 27a-27c is provided. Openings 71a-71c in prescribed shapes corresponding to a portion of the axial direction front face side of the push buttons 27a-27c are provided in this front cover 38.
