<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camper box and a camper which greatly increase storage space and have excellent heat shielding properties. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The camper box 11 includes a drive mode and a camp mode. In the camp mode, an opening 31 of an outer box 25 is opened by turning upward a roof member 37 with respect to a base member 33, and a part of an inner box 27 is drawn from the opening 31 to the outside of the outer box 25 by sliding the inner box 27 in a substantially horizontal direction, and the opening above the inner box 27 is covered with the roof member 37 by placing the roof member 37 on the drawn inner box 27.
