<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe which is easy for even an elderly to put on. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Even if the heel of the shoe is stepped on while being put on, the shoe restores the original shape by the elasticity of sponge provided to the heel, once the shoe is put on wholly. In another embodiment, when the shoe is a leather shoe or similar to the same, the heel restores the original shape by restoring force in bending the material of the shoe.
