METHOD OF SHARING BACK-UP INFORMATION BETWEEN DEVICES USING EXTERNAL STARAGE MEDIA AND APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A method for sharing back-up information through an external storage medium for a long time is provided to perform the back-up operation for the set information to an external storage medium by installing a back-up execution button and a back-up initiation button to a GUI module of an audio/video system or a navigation. CONSTITUTION: When a backup start button is pressed, a screen switching module of a first device is switched into a backup operation configuration screen(S200,S201). An external storage medium connection judgment module of the first device judges the connection to an external storage medium(S202). The GUI(Graphic User Interface) module of the first device judges the pressing of the back-up button(S203). The back-up module stores the displayed back-up information at the external storage medium(S204).
