PURPOSE: A wall structure of an apartment house is provided to enable a user to obtain a parking space by utilizing a fence of a house at the maximum. CONSTITUTION: A wall structure of an apartment house comprises a case(10), first and second shield transfer mechanisms(20,30), a shield mechanism(40), first and second preventive projection transfer mechanisms, first and second preventive projection, and an input unit(90). The first and second shield transfer mechanisms are installed inside the case. The shield mechanism is vertically moved by the first and second shield transfer mechanisms. The first and second preventive projection transfer mechanisms are connected to the first and second shield transfer mechanism. The first and second preventive projections are vertically moved by the first and second preventive projection transfer mechanisms. The input unit operates and controls the first and second shield transfer mechanisms.
