METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MEASURING CURRENT OF ELECTRODE IN CONDUCTIVE LIQUID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for measuring the current of an electrode in a conductive liquid in which the current from the electrode to be measured is measured at a low cost with a simple structure without removing the electrode to be measured from a structure in the measurement of the current from the electrode mounted on the structure in the conductive liquid.

SOLUTION: In the method of measuring the current value from the electrode to be measured mounted on the structure in the conductive liquid, one or a plurality of additional electrodes are provided near the electrode to be measured, the current is applied to one or a plurality of additional electrodes, the potential is measured at two or more position around the electrode to be measured and one or a plurality of the additional electrode to detect that a potential distribution symmetric or antisymmetric to the potential distribution around the electrode to be measured is formed and the estimated value of the current from the electrode to be measured is determined based on the current value applied to one or the plurality of the additional electrode when the potential distribution symmetric or antisymmetric to the potential distribution around the electrode to be measured is formed.
