<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of accurately transmitting drive power to photosensitive drums while the photosensitive drums are in contact with and are separated from an endless belt. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes a plurality of photosensitive drums 16 brought into contact with a conveyance belt 24, and respective male drum coupling members 101 coupled with the photosensitive drums 16 corresponding to the photosensitive drums 16 so as to share an axial center with the photosensitive drums 16, wherein coupling of the photosensitive drums 16 separated from the conveyance belt 24 and the male drum coupling members 101 corresponding to the photosensitive drums 16 is canceled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
