<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of noise such as rubbing sounds between the peripheral edge of a window opening of a fixed window of a vehicle and a lip of a window molding pressure-contacted with the peripheral edge. <P>SOLUTION: In the fixed window 3, to the window opening 30 of a triangular shape formed between the front pillar 1 of the vehicle and a rear upper end of a front side body 2, a window glass 4 for shutting off this is fitted. On the distal end back surface of the lip 51 of the window molding 5 attached along the outer periphery of the window glass 4, the projection 52 in an approximately semi-circular shape in a cross section is formed in parallel with a distal end edge of the lip 51 while near the end edge, and the projection 52 is abutted on the rear upper edge 60 of a front fender 6 forming the peripheral edge of the window opening 30.
