<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly productive hose capable of reducing the amount of solvent to be used when manufacturing it without causing delamination between layers due to insufficient adhesive force, and to provide a method of manufacturing the hose. <P>SOLUTION: The hose 10 includes an inner layer 1 formed of a resin, a reinforcing layer 3 provided outside the inner layer 1, and an outer layer 2 formed of a resin and provided outside the reinforcing layer 3, the inner layer 1 and the reinforcing layer 3, the outer layer 2 and the reinforcing layer 3, or both of them being adhered to each other with non-solvent type hot melt urethane adhesive.
