<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve insertion properties of a connector pin into a connection hole of a wiring board, and to prevent soldering cracks from occurring at a solder-connecting part connecting the connector pin and the wiring board with solder. <P>SOLUTION: The positioning device of the connector pin, when a connector is mounted on a wiring board, positions a first lead part, by displacing a first and a second guide plates held by a retainer part in a spring-biased state, in a direction of counteracting against the spring-biase force and diminishing the area where the first and the second guide holes overlap each other in the thickness direction, so that the first lead part of the connector pin is to be in a positional relation similar to those of a plurality of connection holes formed on the wiring board. After the connector is mounted, the first and the second guide plates are released from the positioning state to a retention state so that the first lead part is fitted loosely in the first and the second guide holes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
